A major player in the design and manufacture of PPE / Personal Protective Equipment and specialising in the manufacture of safety caps, Surflex has been innovating on its market for 27 years by offering a ventilated, flexible and EN812 certified product.

The Surflex safety cap benefits from all the advantages of a worldwide, professional and scientific expertise.

Since its creation, the Surflex shockproof safety cap has reinvented itself, moving from the Scarap 1 shell to the Scarap 2, 3, 4 and soon 5 which will be created and produced in France, with marketing planned for the first half of 2021.

Thanks to all its innovations and R&D, the SURFLEX protective cap is now positioned as one of the safest and most innovative products on its market.

Developments over the years have focused on the lightness, comfort, ergonomics and ventilation of Surflex caps.

The Scarap 4 shell is equipped with a breathable, shock-absorbing inner foam, which is attached with velcros. The inner foam has the advantage that it can be washed or replaced, and the shell is also recyclable and more environmentally friendly.

The textile part of the products is very important for the customers, the aesthetics of the caps is modern and dynamic, the user will be proud and motivated to wear a Surflex shockproof cap with his company logo!

The EN812 standard is imposed as soon as there is a risk of exposure to hard, fixed object strikes that could lead to cuts or superficial injuries.

It is used in many sectors of activity such as energy, aeronautics, automotive, logistics, food processing, trade, industry and many others.

Due to the current difficult context, Surflex is adapting and now offers a range of anti-projection visors that pinch directly onto the front of the cap, which is certified in France.
