Advertising by object (ABO) is one of the media most used by French companies, but also one of the least studied by marketing consultancy agencies. In order to fill this gap, the 2FCPO called on the Toulouse School of Management (TSM) to carry out a study around three themes: the importance and specific impact of CSR objects on individuals, the impact of object personalization on consumers and the measurement of various indicators to assess the return on investment for advertisers.
