CONFERENCE: WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF MEDIA ITEM DONATIONS ON EMPLOYEES?
On February 11, 2021, Florian Escoubes, professor and researcher at the Toulouse School of Management and speaker for the 2FPCO , presented live on CTCO Pulse the results of his market study on the theme: "What are the effects of donating media objects to employees?"

Abstract: This conference presents the main results of a survey conducted in November 2020 on a panel of 983 employees who received a media object from their employer. First, we measured the emotions generated by receiving an object, based on its characteristics (types of object, quality, usefulness, etc.) and the initial relationship with the company. Then we measured the effect of the objects ( the counter-gift ) on a set of indicators essential for companies, such as employee motivation, word of mouth towards the employer, the reduction in intentions to leave the company or the improvement of attachment to the company. This conference provides a first quantified approach to this question, which is so important for the media object industry.
