The CTCO and C!Print trade shows offer real added value thanks to robust content and compelling thematic offerings. Various themes will be covered, including screen printing workshops, embroidery, e-business, the market, and products, in the form of conferences and practical workshops. Find the program here.

Thanks to our partner TNT, you can leave the show empty-handed and collect all your documents directly from the office 24 hours later! Visit the TNT stand at the show reception at the start of your visit to collect your suitcase and slip your catalogs into it throughout your visit! More information on services

Yes, several catering areas will be available to you in the CTCO and C!Print halls.

In addition to the bars and restaurants at your disposal, we also invite you to discover the Relaxation Area, in the center of the lounge, where you can take a break in a friendly atmosphere.

There is no press area at the show. However, as a journalist, with a Premium badge (request one at bertrand.genevi@infopro-digital.com ), you have access to the show's business bar: drinks and light snacks will be offered to you throughout the show.
INFORMATION ON ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND BADGES

1- How to get a badge?

To get your badge, you have two options:
We have simplified the badge system, you can print it directly.
We validate each registration manually, it can take between 48 and 72 hours before your registration is validated.
You will nevertheless receive a confirmation email proving that your registration has been taken into account.
Once your registration has been validated by our visitor service, you will receive a second validation email: with your final badge attached, print it and it will serve as your badge for the 3 days of the show.
Advice :
If possible, print your badge in color.
Check that the barcode, QR code and personal code appear clearly.
A badge holder will be provided to you at the entrance to the show.
If you don't have a printer, we can print your badge on site as soon as you are registered and validated.
We also remind you that each registration (via pre-registration or on-site) will be subject to validation by our teams. We verify each activity to determine the level of accessibility you will be able to obtain at our shows. As a reminder, only resellers of promotional items, textiles, or business gifts have access to the CTCO show. Once validated, your badge is valid for the 3 days of the event.
Without justification, the organizer reserves the right to refuse your badge request if it considers that your profile does not correspond to the exhibition's visitors.

There are two possibilities:
A request for information : This means we were unable to determine the nature of your professional activity. This is not a badge refusal; as our show is limited to professionals, when we are unable to find information about your company, we send you this request so that you can send us the documents that can justify access to our shows.
A refusal: We have determined that your registration does not meet our show's entry requirements and are refusing you access. However, it is possible that we have misinterpreted your information; in this case, we invite you to contact our visitor service directly .

Your level of access to the trade show is determined by the nature of your primary business. As a reminder, only resellers and distributors of promotional items and textiles have access to the CTCO. In theory, however, all professionals have access to the C!Print trade show.
To find out your access level, simply look at the attachment in your confirmation email that you received.
Your access level is determined by our interpretation of your activity. We may not have considered all the elements or may have misinterpreted them. In this case, we invite you to contact
our visitor service directly to clarify your situation.

First, you must apply for your badge online on the website here . Once your registration is complete and validated, you can go to this page to request your invitation letter and the visitor service will send it to you in PDF format. Under no circumstances are our services authorized to contact embassies to plead on your behalf; the visa application remains entirely the visitor's responsibility.

There is no press area at the show. However, as a journalist, with a Premium badge (request it at bertrand.genevi@infopro-digital.com ), you have access to the show's business bar: drinks and light meals will be offered to you throughout the show. The first thing to do is check your inbox to see if the email we sent you has been considered spam (or junk mail).
If this question is asked before the show: Please send an email specifying your first name, last name, company and email address to our
visitor service.
During the show: You are registered on
our pre-registration site , we will be able to find you in our base and therefore take out your badge on site.

Once your badge request has been approved, you will receive an email with the PDF badge attached. Simply print the attached badge and bring it to the show. If you have any problems printing your badge, don't worry. As your registration has been processed, you can still attend the show, and we will print your badge once you arrive, using your company and your first/last name.

Yes, absolutely, when you request a badge , you are not required to fill in the invitation code.

These are usually provided by your suppliers (exhibitors at the show). We also have organizational codes that we can provide to you.

Please note that this event is reserved for professionals in the promotional products and textiles industry. Therefore, students are not permitted at the show.

For those starting a business, you can still use the online registration form and instead of the company name, we invite you to enter the words "In creation".
Since we manually validate each registration, this will allow us to quickly determine the nature of your request. We will then be able to validate you for the C!Print trade show, which is open to all professionals. If you wish to access the CTCO trade show, I invite you to contact
our visitor service directly , who will handle each case individually.

Private individuals are not permitted access to our event; this is a 100% professional trade show. Retirees may be granted access to the show subject to approval by the Visitor Services department. In this case, we encourage you to contact our Visitor Services department before registering.

During the registration process , you have the option to add multiple badges based on a single registration. When you fill in the "Last Name", "First Name", and "Email Address" fields, you will find a button allowing you to add collaborators.

For this question, it is necessary to look at it on a case-by-case basis; there may be several reasons for this:
System error
Already registered
Wrong invitation code (case sensitive)
A field is missing from your form (generally all fields are mandatory)

You can register on our website until the day before the show. If you haven't had time to pre-register, you can pick up your badge directly at the show.

Yes, absolutely, if you have an invitation this will allow you to get your badge for free.

Any badge request may be subject to verification based on the documents below:
Extract from Kbis or SIRET number or supplier invoices less than 3 months old.
Invalid badge requests will be rejected. For more information, please contact
our visitor service . All badge requests will be checked before and at the entrance to the show.

Our trade show is a professional event reserved for professionals in the communications and branding industry. Numerous machines, inks, solvents, and other products, some of which are highly toxic, are on display. Based on this observation, we have decided not to allow anyone under 18 years of age to enter our event. Pets are also not permitted.
