This survey was conducted using the methodology developed by PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) , a global benchmark for analyzing the promotional products industry. For many years, PPAI has invested in research to decipher the major trends in the sector and better understand its growth dynamics.
France, a pilot project in Europe
In an effort to create a common analytical framework across the continent, France has been chosen as the pilot country to initiate this data harmonization process. The long-term objective is to enable reliable and consistent comparison of market figures across several European countries .
This ambitious project is the result of close collaboration between 2FPCO, EAC, CTCO, PPAI and European Sourcing . It illustrates the importance of a collective approach to building a global and shared vision of the media object sector.

A conference to reveal the results
What is the (real) size of the French media object market?
This is the question this unprecedented study finally answers. Long lacking reliable estimates, the size of the French market—like that of many European markets—was the subject of much speculation. Only the United States, thanks to its highly structured promotional culture and industry, had solid data.
At the CTCO 2025 trade show, a dedicated conference presented and analyzed the results of this key study in detail. Co-organized by CTCO, 2FPCO, and European Sourcing, this conference provided an opportunity to review the figures, methodology, and outlook.
