A “work in progress” CSR strategy at the heart of the organization of our trade fairs
Since 2020, several initiatives have been implemented by the Infopro Digital Trade Shows teams to limit the impact of their events on the environment.
This continuous improvement approach aims to offer you ever more responsible trade fairs and to create a virtuous ecosystem, in close collaboration with exhibitors, visitors and partners .
STANDS & ACTIVITY SPACES
- Strengthening the environmental aspect in the choice of service providers : materials used, sustainable signage, eco-design, waste management, reuse and lifespan of stands, etc.
- Special production of stands for the purposes of sharing and reuse at various group trade fairs.
objective: 10 rotations minimum. - 100% LED lighting for stands,
- Electricity certified as green by the Carrousel du Louvre,
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) shut down during assembly/disassembly days,
- Abandonment of carpet in the aisles.
COMMITTED PARTNERS FOR RESTAURANT AND SNACKING SPACES
- DUVAL Paris , company committed to respecting the environment :
- sorting of biowaste, in partnership with the Moulinot company, to create compost or biomethane,
- collection of oils by the company Quatra for recycling,
- deposit of certain glass bottles,
- recycling of non-returnable glass and recycling of all cardboard,
- optimization of delivery rounds.
- THE SEWN, a family business on a human scale which is involved in several areas:
- local sourcing,
- waste reduction,
- sorting and recovery of surpluses.
