BRODELEC LAUNCHES ITS ALL-OVER MANUFACTURING

Brodelec, an embroidery specialist for 45 years and a textile marker for all techniques, is the pioneer of DTG digital printing in France. This positioning achieved with Kornit Digital has led us to adopt its latest digital printing technology on all types of natural and synthetic fabrics continuously. This unique process does not require upstream pre-treatment or steaming of the fabric and therefore does not release any water during the entire printing process.
Originally intended for on-demand fabric printing by the meter, this state-of-the-art equipment arrived shortly before the pandemic and we quickly printed certified personalized barrier masks.
This mask manufacturing process has allowed us to extend our expertise through manufacturing, and to now offer a complete range of products made in our workshops using our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS printing process. Thus, Brodelec now offers cushions, aprons, tea towels, pencil cases, bags, gym bags and ALL-OVER T-shirts, always using the same strengths: organic materials, a unique responsible printing process, full-surface printing and French manufacturing.
Flexible production that adapts to both small quantities (minimum of 50 pieces for most products) and product variations, often from certain volumes: addition of pockets or parts related to the product, modification of dimensions, possible choice of sewing threads, product variations such as the availability of gussets of different sizes for bags, originally mounted on the tote bag model. These bags are also available in an elongated format, just like the cushion. The materials used do not change to date but are made of natural fibers when the product allows it, and are often of organic origin: linen for the cushion, cotton for the bags, the tea towel, the apron, the T-shirt, the pencil case, and polycotton for the mask.
