From May 19 to 21, 2025 in Leuven, Belgium , the EAC Summit 2025 will bring together leaders and decision-makers from the promotional products industry for a unique event. Co-organized by the European Associations Cooperation (EAC) and the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) , this summit promises to be a true catalyst for innovative ideas and global collaborations.
In a constantly changing world, the event offers an ambitious program around major themes to prepare the future of the sector:

A program rich in international speakers

Preparations are well underway, and the list of speakers continues to grow with world-renowned experts:

🔹 Tom Szaky , Founder and CEO of TerraCycle , will speak at the keynote to share his concrete solutions to the recycling challenges in our industry. TerraCycle, a pioneer in the circular economy, notably designed the podiums for the Paris Olympics from recycled materials—including from the promotional sector.

🔹 Marco Heller , a strategic branding specialist, will present an interactive session: “Building a brand in real time” . A live experience combining creativity, digital storytelling and audience engagement.

🔹 Lisa Marie Brehmer , representative of the German Wholesale, Foreign Trade and Services Association (BGA) , will provide an update on European regulatory developments impacting our sector, directly from Brussels.

🔹 Further sessions are in preparation with experts from the BPMA , the European Banking Association and other major institutions.

🔹 Roundtables will address emerging topics such as digital compliance, ESG, and sustainable communication of the future — bringing together perspectives from academics, entrepreneurs, and regulators.
